Grinills Cottage The House
The house is situated in a third of an acre of grassed garden - ideal for sitting out, playing games, or even sunbathing - weather permitting!
There is also a large garage available for use. The sandy beach is only a quarter of a mile away.
A simple Welcome Pack will be in the house on arrival with bread , milk, butter, coffee, tea and maybe even a chocolate or two!
Pets are welcome by arrangement.
Opinan is a crofting township and there are sheep and lambs which dogs must be kept away from but with good sense and courtesy there will be no problem.
Living Room
Within this comfortably furnished large living room, there is a TV, VCR, CD player and radio.
The room, like all the house, is heated by radiators from a gas central heating system.
